Cynthia Cooper is a pre-eminent hand therapist with over 40 years of clinical experience. She is recognized nationally and internationally for her presentations at professional conferences, publications in peer-reviewed journals, and chapters published in textbooks for hand therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. She was the editor of the first two editions of Fundamentals of Hand Therapy: Clinical Reasoning and Treatment Guidelines for Common Diagnoses of the Upper Extremity. The recent third edition has been renamed to Cooper’s Fundamentals of Hand Therapy.
